Those info can be automatically imported into an online spreadsheet or to your CRM platform.
4) Lead acquisition workflow, with AI tailored mails and lead capture chatbot.
-Allows to acquire new leads for your business with AI tailored campaign. Then capture those lead data, using an AI chatbot. That's basically like using AI to operate a marketing campaign. Potential customer are selected based on their interest using AI, and each mail is customized on their single profile.
5) Email support AI Agent:
-This agent is able to read customer emails and take proper action. It can judge autonomously whether to operate a certain type of action, like adding the recipient details to a certain list. It can escalate support requests, or solving a part of them, for instance by giving a refund. It can be automatically integrated into your email account.
